Our personal training program is designed to provide an optimal one on one trainer and client experience. Our promise is to create and implement specific training and fitness programs catering to the needs of each individual. At Supra Fitness and sport we understand that genetic and external factors result in individual variations in all of us. So our goal is not to create a clone of social media envy but rather to help you become the best version of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally.

Group Fitness

Group Fitness Training

Supra Fitness and Sport also provides group fitness training for those individuals looking for a more social atmosphere and discounted prices. Breaking a sweat and pushing yourself to a physical breaking point is physically exhausting during training but more often than not the mental challenges are even harder. Having a support system is ideal for many clients as group sessions provide motivation and encouragement from not just the Supra Fitness and Sport coaches but also from your fellow peers.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp Training

Boot camp training is designed to physically shock the body. Intense workouts comprised of kettle bells, resistance bands, and plyometric equipment focusing on strength, strength endurance and the cardiovascular system. Boot camp training is for those individuals craving a challenge and wanting to push their bodies to physical heights they didn’t think were possible.
