We provide specific basketball training designed to enhance distinct skills critical to basketball development. The program emphasizes gross and fine motor development vital to the foundations that underlay basketball efficiency. Physical training is comprised of resistance and plyometric bases to increase vertical jumps and improve balance, speed hurdles and ladders to promote foot speed and coordination and high intensity interval training to improve anaerobic and aerobic systems.

SFS Jump Camp

Jump camp is designed to increase the physical skills of basketball players. We have created this program and program to cater to the specific needs required in basketball. Heavy emphasis on increasing an individuals vertical jump, broad jump, linear speed, lateral quickness and cognitive skills. We will also target to change motor programing resulting in better coordination and reaction time. Join SFS Jump Camp if you want have a competitive edge over the rest of your competition.

Who can register Open to all comers looking to increase their basketball skills. Offered to boys’ ages 10-16 years old. Players are welcome to register as group or as a team.
